Outpatient Behavioral Health Services are available for a wide variety of behavioral health conditions. In the outpatient setting, consumers work with a trained clinician to develop or enhance skills that allows the individual to work towards a healthier lifestyle, while continuing to fulfill family, professional, and social obligations. Outpatient services include specialized group therapy, individual therapy, case management, and family support. CASE MANAGEMENT
SpectraCare provides case management services for seriously mentally ill consumers including advocacy, assistance with transportation, housing, basic living skills and other service coordination. Our case managers assist with identifying resources for consumers that are cost effective and necessary for overall wellness and long term recovery.
ACT TEAM
The Assertive Community Treatment Team provides intensive services to adults in the community utilizing a multi- disciplinary staff. Through the ACT Teams collaborative coordinated efforts, consumers and their family members are provided immediate care while working on identification of formal and informal social support.
DAY TREATMENT
SpectraCare offers Adult Intensive Day treatment and Rehab Day Treatment options. The Adult Intensive Day Treatment is designed to offer a combination of time limited, goal oriented treatment services. Treatment is focused on eliminating or reducing symptoms of a serious mental illness. The Rehab Day Program provides long-term recovery services with the goals of improving functioning, facilitating recovery, achieving personal life goals, regaining self-worth, optimizing illness management, and helping consumers to become productive participants in family and community life.
